She is 47, originally from south London but has been settled here in Bournemouth for the last 9 years. Jo has been part of the Sparkle & Shine team since January 2017. Rosie enjoys walking her dog, going to musicals, eating out, and reading whenever she is not working. She now has two children, aged 11 and 13, and lives in Mudeford. Rosie gave up the demands of her career when her first child came along. Great customer service, spotless cleaning, attention to detail and organisation are Rosie’s strengths. Rosie has had a long and successful career with Whitbread, managing Premier Inns and Beefeaters at General Manager level, and brings with her many of the skills required to manage Sparkle & Shine. She was already cleaning for friends and neighbours, and had gained too many clients to clean for everyone herself! Rosie formed Sparkle and Shine in 2014, when she realised that there was a need for reliable cleaners with high standards in her area.
